I have had the absolute pleasure to attend regular chakra meditation classes with Kelly Ann she guides us through beautifully and provides a beautiful safe space. I have also been taught Reiki level 1 and 2 with her and again she guides the course and gives you the confidence and tools you need to master your personal practice. I always feel calm and peaceful when I attend events at Kindred its truly a magical space Kelly Ann brings together like minded people and provides the safe space we all need for our personal development and practice. Kelly Anne has helped me and it's been life changing. During lockdown I picked up the phone to her and ever since been much better physically and mentally! I'm now a reiki master and doing self mastery with Kelly Anne. She is also a very dear friend practically my big sister. Life Coaching at its best! I met Kelly Anne by chance when I was at a really low point in my life. She listened and listened, I had a lot to say! She gave me recordings to listen to that calmed me down and helped me to focus on the now. Each time we met I made a step in the right direction and her guiding voice was a huge comfort and support. I am now in a really good place thanks to Kelly Anne showing me how I could overcome many difficulties just by making me reflect and by asking the right questions. I owe her a lot. My husband and I met Kelly for hypnobirthing before the birth of our son. She is knowledgeable and wise in her profession and a great teacher with it. The sessions with Kelly resulted in my labour and birth being a complete success, the techniques she shared meant I could manage each phase with confidence.
