Being a tenant for 9 + years and still vastly impressed with their courtesy, professionalism, empathy and am SOooo happy with them as my landlords. In all the many interactions there have only been a few bad experiences - which is the exception and that was soon rectified. There are bad apples in any organisation occasionally and this is not tolerated by BDHT. A very satisfied tenant!

Since I left Birmingham,From the day I'm met first bdht staff member they have all be above and beyond for me helping with everything for over a year and half. Can't speak highly enough of the whole staff I've ever met from there recipsonist and moving in team and repairs and help with financial stuff from head of there financial team. So thank you to all bdht staff that I've ever met over last four years
