My mum and dad feel very let down by the service. Several things have been promised and not come to fruition - I think it may be a case of over-promising and under-delivering. My parents are very scared as my dad has advanced cancer and is near to the end of his life. They have complete lost faith in the Primrose and the failure to visit or call when promised, deliver items to make his life more comfortable etc has really upset them and added to their distress. I work in the NHS so appreciate the pressures, but feel very angry on their behalf. Lisa

Ii cannot begin to thank both the staff and volunteers! Their smile is addictive and are always there if we need any help or are experiencing difficulties in life. They really are amazing people!

Awful experience from the palliative care doctor who runs the team. Zero empathy.
