someone from up another level came out to my house to quote around 6 weeks ago and said they will e mail me with the quote I still have not received it

We are delighted with our loft from Up Another Level. The finish is excellent, the build was on time and the project has exceeded our expectations. The team working on our build were great to have around; polite, respectful and helpful. They helped us to make the best of our space along the way, e.g. making suggestions for the bathroom and adding an extra velux at the top of the stairs. All the associated trades used by UAL were also very good which provided an end to end service where everything happened in sequence and without delay. Every single tradesperson who worked on the build was exemplary. We found UAL to be fairly and reasonably priced. They were always open and upfront about costs and happy to help us find options to fit our budget. We found the whole experience to be a really good one despite being quite daunted as this was our first building project. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Up Another Level. Up Another Level have created a wonderful loft conversion in my home, including a dorma extension. Friendly and helpful communication from the office, professional and friendly contractors, excellent on site project management - a thoroughly brilliant job in all. Nothing has been too much trouble, they've accommodated my ideas and helped me with decision making and advice. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Up Another Level. I think its important people know the type of people who work for this company. Whilst doing home visits today their works pickup truck dangerously undertook, turned from the wrong lane through traffic at a roundabout, before again almost causing another crash at the next roundabout before swearing at the people he almost collided with. He then continued to drive erratically endangering lives. Those who work for a loft installation company obviously feel they have more important work to do than others. Looking at the Van, and the proximity of this instance to the location of the companies owners registered address its more than likely him, and the person who has responded so defensively below. Looking at their feedback it does not appear they took this concern seriously. Also google reviews are about what you dislike about this company...not whether I had a loft conversion. My opinion is that I think people should not get service from dishonest and dangerous companies. You are welcome to report me if you think raising concerns about dangerous behaviour is unprofessional.
