Lovely clothes and even lovelier staff!!

I popped into the Bromsgrove Lesley Ashworth store for the first time a few days ago, and was served by a lovely lady called Ann. She was so friendly and helpful when serving me, and was up for a good old chat, which made me feel really welcome. It was so nice to go into a shop where the worker actually wanted to have a chat and took an interest in chatting to me, it was so refreshing! Bought a lovely sequined t-shirt at a really good price - a similar thing at a big retail store, such as River Island, would have costed double the price easily! I also did an online order which Lesley delivered herself. Although there was a bit of an issue with the website, meaning one of the products I ordered was out of stock, Lesley contacted me and offered an alternative product, which was brilliant. She was so friendly when delivering and was very kind-hearted. I'd highly reccomend either popping into one of their shops or ordering online - the prices are very good, both in the sale and regular pricing, and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Look forward to my next visit.

Ordered a hatinator online, unfortunately when it arrived it was the wrong shade of pink. Emailed the shop and took it back to the shop. Well what a lovely shop we'll worth a visit and Jackie the assistant was so helpful. Got fixed up and at a fantastic price. Would definitely visit again and you're supporting a local independent shop.

I visited this shop this morning and I must say I was really impressed with the fine selection of hats and fascinators. The shop assistant was lovely, welcoming and ever so helpful . I am delighted with my hat and bag! I definitely will be back soon for a browse through what I missed! Thanks
