Central Flow Screed & Underfloor Heating Ltd

I'm not sure where we'd be without Central Flow Screed, and in particular Ben - who set the wheels in motion for our spectacular house renovation. Tired of being quoted astronomical prices from 'design and build' firms, for our ground floor remodel, I put in a speculative enquiry to Central Flow to see if they could sort out all our floors (rip out suspended timber, rebuild with concrete, add wet UFH throughout) and knock a few in internal walls down while they were at it (!). 6 months later, we are sitting in our dream home - and for a ridiculous fraction of the cost we'd been quoted by other companies. I appreciate our job was a bit unusual, and involved a lot more than just the work Central Flow did for us. But Ben was able to put us in touch with the most incredible project manager for our work, who seamlessly managed the whole build for us. They're busy folk, so you may go straight to voicemail when you try to contact - but don't let that put you off. This is a friendly, hardworking company who operate with integrity, and we are eternally grateful. Thanks guys!

We used central flow screed to design and install our underfloor heating system Ben and Dave came along to assess the work required and carried out a full design and quotation. I asked several competitors for the same system but I had so much more confidence in central flow screed due to their professional approach and competitive pricing . After 6 years of issues with my underfloor heating, these guys came to my rescue. Their communication, knowledge, workmanship and customer service is second to none. I can't thank Ben enough for the long hours and travel he endured to upgrade my old system and get the everything working again. They really go the extra mile and would totally recommend them!!
