I have been going to catshill dentist since it opened its doors 40+years ago. I go to the dental hygienist ever 3-4 months due to a gum problem. I rang on Monday to rearrange my appointment and was informed I couldnt be seen until October. I asked to speak to Alison because she had told me she would squeeze me in. I was told by the lady on reception she didnt work Mondays I have just called in person to speak to Alison and told she had gone home and works Monday Tuesday and Thursday. I have been In formed by the young lady on reception they will speak to Alison on Monday so watch this space. The reception you receive by the reception staff is appalling down right rude.

I personally hate going to the dentist as Ive been treated poorly in the past by other dentists. The staff here are very friendly and professional. Always make me feel welcomed and any work I have done has always been 10/10

What a disgusting practice no social distancing no hand gel no face mask required I was in a pokie waiting room with at one point 12 people in it can now see why they are nhs dentist because after a visit an appointment to the local hospital might well be worth it I would highly recommend you stay clear of this practice In response to your comments I go to the hospital every week where you are required to wear a mask as for aggressive phone call I work in a engine factory where we are required to wear ear plugs and ear defenders so have to shout to be heard probably if you had given me the chance to explain this I would and as for being accompanied I' am registered disabled so require assistance but please take away what you want from this review it's my opinion And as for face mask we both where wearing one so please check your facts first
