Tom from Goodman Build was quick to reply to my initial enquiry and called back when he said he would to arrange to come over to quote for a rear extension and garage conversion we wanted. Throughout I found Toms communication excellent and always felt updated with upcoming plans. His quote was clear and included plenty of detail, something that other builders quotes lacked. All the work was completed, when it was due to be completed and to a fantastic standard. His team turned up when they said they would, and Tom managed the multiple trades involved. Attention to detail was good and Tom sourced a very close brick match for the new extension and was also able to recycle bricks from the rear wall to match the existing bricks when bricking up the old garage door, so it didnt look an add on. Everyone who has seen the extension has commented positively on how good it looks! I would and have recommended Goodman Build to others. The multiple positive reviews and photos of their work was reassuring to me when contracting them and hopefully this review helps anyone else still deciding, to go ahead with Goodman Build. Goodman Build, Tom and his team were recommended by a family member who was very happy with work they had completed. Tom is very professional, quick at responding, trustworthy and reliable. Both him and his team were good at communicating throughout the remodelling of our downstairs, and were helpful when we had queries. Tom also helped us with arranging plumbing and window companies.
