        Gary is a star. I had a lack of sound on my laptop. He did a thorough check. It seems that a Windows 11 update put the kibosh on the driver/sound chip. When - ho hum - Windows fix the problem remains to be seen. Anyway, he kitted me out with a set of tiny speakers and an external USB sound card at a very reasonable price. The speakers have an amazing sound output, better than my laptop speakers. Gary, many thanks for your great advice and service

        Cannot fault the service I received yesterday. I came in with a completely dead computer with some very important university work that was due in a week on there that needed recovering. The staff were kind enough to set it as priority and managed to recover my work in less than 4 hours! They were so lovely and helpful and were kind enough to dispose of the laptop for me too. Cannot recommend this enough! Thank you :)
