To whom it may concern Hope you are doing well. Thank you for replying to my email. I was mentioned I have no problem paying 2.00 bus fare for route55 to Rubery but I was just wondering why it was 1.50 yesterday and it gone up out of the blue.I was standing there on the bus trying to show my every day fair record on my app to the drive beside me but he refused to see.Hence,I try to have conversation nicely and politely with the bus driver.If the bus driver had good customer service,the reply would be nicely and politely too.Instead He asked me to get off bus and did not allow me to pay and take the bus.I was standing there for 15mins to take this busas this bus came every half hour.And I ended up having to leave bus,with driver not telling me any reason for increasing of fare. I was happy you told me there is no racist issue existing in this matter!Appreciated!But why the bus driver acting very rude to customer and your reply is not concerning at all? Is this your company service attitude to your customers?No wonder this route55 Kev's is always empty or just a few of elderly people on this bus. Most of the passengers are elderly and they are nice people and not create trouble.Therefore, there is no need for bad mood issue existing to this driver because this bus is not a busy bus at all. I would give 0 for your bad customer service! At last,I would like to say your reply email is totally NOT professional and NOT sincere at all! NOT EVEN an apology AND RUINED my whole day!!! Taken over the former NX 10 service in Birmingham - Quinton. Only used the service once so far but seems a downgrade of service. You still recieve a physical ticket even if paying by card - which seems a waste of paper - mine also had the wrong destination on it (I asked for a single to Quinton, my ticket said valid to Five Ways). A good portion of the front of the bus was taken up with a massive luggage rack - more suited to an airport transfer bus - also limits the number of wheelchairs/pushchairs they can take compared to the old NX bus. Will update as time goes on.

I have the 39 go past my house. Brilliant service. Drivers are very friendly and very helpful. Lovely little service.
