Crown Cleaning Group LTD

I recently started working for this agency. I attended my first shift and the next day someone from crown cleaning called me and let me know that they were not going to be able to take me on. They claimed this was due to me not sending my details over when asked. I was never asked to send any details the only messages I have between myself and the agency were asking me to attend an interview which I attended as well as my first shift. When I attended there were 3 other cleaners as well as me, on the job ad it says they were looking to employ 2 cleaners. Upon attending my first shift the manager of the establishment was surprised to see 4 of us had turned up, he left to call the agency and query why there were 4 people. In conclusion I have been left again without work due to poor management not knowing how to do their jobs properly. Very unfair and unprofessional treatment lying to your employees instead of owning up to your mistakes, apologising and having some basic respect. You should have a bit of compassion and be mindful that its very hard for young people like me to start out in the world. Theres barely any work out there as it is and theres agencies like this who constantly take you on, use you, lead you to believe youre finally going to have a bit of stability and then take it away from you. I have been using crown cleaning now for a couple of years and I cant recommend them enough! Glynns team really gives out 110% and go above and beyond for me and my company! Always picking up on detail! Glynn is really on the ball comes to see me every couple of months, he really makes sure everything is in line! Every 6-8 weeks Glynn makes sure the staff are deep cleaning to keep our office and public spaces in check and looking fresh! I have use crown cleaning group ltd for our office spaces and our sister company. They cover both offices and the general clean throughout the day on both sites and I havent ever been disappointed.
