The team at neales and now Paul Rigby have been nothing but superb. I have had to swop my car due to pcp ending and unfortunately none of their range fits what I need. Charlotte and the service team have looked after me for 4 years. They should be congratulated on their first class customer service. I am sad to leave hyundaii and I hope peugeot are half as good.

Had an amazing test drive with Rich Fox, the Sales Manager in the new IONIQ 6 and what a car!! Placed my order straight after and cannot wait for my First Edition!!! All the staff were so friendly and made me and my partner feel so comfortabe, not to mention how lush the hot chocolate was ; ) Lovely experience all round and walked away wiv such a good deal!!

Tried to booked fixed term service several times with this garage. Prices that just don't make sense and mistakes made time after time. You are told people will call back, then they don't. Sad. Used to be a great place.

Weve recently just purchased a Hyundai Tucson. Hyundai at Bromsgrove were wonderful in their support and helping us find a car that we loved. They had a lot of time for us and didnt make us feel pressured. We dealt with Chris throughout our purchase. Chris was extremely knowledgable and gave a lot of his time to explain the car to us. He kept in contact and communicated really well. A really nice down to earth person. Stuart the manager was also extremely helpful. Thank you both! Overall, a very professional and helpful experience. Definitely pick Hyundai Bromsgrove if you are wanting a new car.
