Recently moved to Bromsgrove and I called the West Brom to question a withdraw for some work on the house, was over the moon to deal with a girl at Bromsgrove branch called Jane, friendly efficient and I left the conversation incredibly impressed with the service, well done WestBrom Jane is a credit to your organisation.
