We have always booked via Booksey but have always have to wait at least 30 mins.
He has just called me to say he's had to leave without his hair being cut.
A walk in has asked for a cut and was told to return in 20 mins, which they did and was seated straight away.
He has quite rightly walked out after an hours wait.
I have called to express my annoyance and my son has been called a liar then asked to return at 6.45....I don't think so!
Needless to say we won't be using again or recommend . Service: Fade cut
