        Went to this branch on a Monday afternoon. 2 staff doing the meet and greet. 1 member of staff on tills with 4 customers waiting! How does that work? I was making a deposit and when I stated I wanted to deal with a human being the 2 staff were shocked! It won't get any better though.

        Set up a Business Account with Lloyds and was appalled with service over many months trying to get it set up. Then I went into the Bromsgrove branch and met with really great staff. They could not have been anymore helpful. Its was a so much better experience than the faceless people i dealt with up until then who seemed to make up the rules as they went along. Its a pity to see so much move to online when common sense is been lost with the downgrading and closure of these branches and their experienced resources.
