Housman Court

Mum was admitted to Housman Court over two and a half years ago, following a decline in her health. Her dementia has progressed rapidly since her admission. Sadly, she has been declared at End of Life following a further decline and a couple of hospital admissions. The staff have coped amazing well with the situation and wanted her to return to them because she should be back at home. All of the staff have been incredibly supportive to us as a family and are wonderful with Mum. They are all kind, caring and patient, showing a real love to the residents they look after, treating them all as individuals. I want to say a big thank you to Christine and all the team at Housman for everything that you. You are all amazing.

My mum has been in Housman court for over 2 years and we are so glad we chose this home. Staff are caring, thoughtful and supportive of its residents and go the extra mile to ensure residents are as happy as possible, often in difficult circumstances. No care home is perfect but we have found Housman to be very good in caring for mum. Karen

Food is always home cooked fresh on the day. The residents are at the centre of everything we do. Staff put the residents first, even taking them out in their own time.

I can only say that my experience has always been very good. Unfortunately my husband had to go into Housman court, nearly 2yrs ago. And he is very happy , and well cared for and i am always made very welcome
