        The folks here went above and beyond for us. We originally had a multi day booking and then needed to find additional accommodations for a few more days. They came through with ANOTHER beautifully appointed room right down the hall. The location is EXCELLENT with access to transport, coffee shops (we prefer NERO) and excellent (and if needed, basic) shopping.

        used to be my favourite place in London for years but it seems the service has dropped spectacularly since the previous building manager "SARA" has left the place. you pay for something and get something else although you have an email confirmation about your booking details. I guess the reservation person is mad with the administration and making them loosing loyal guests
