Had a previous pleasant stay in 2017. However, tried booking a 3-night stay this weekend but had to ring the booking team for same-day booking. The quoted prices were discrepant from the online price, but when clarification was sought, a rude, patronising Joanna kept on repeating the same phrase daily rates change when prompted to investigate the difference even though the rates for the coming days had remained the same online. She clearly did not wish to do her job, and when I suggested that I sent her a screenshot to of my attempted online booking, she agreed to have it sent by email. But this email was later not responded to (bearing in mind its a same day booking). So I had to call again and speak to a different agent, who provided another excuse for the discrepancy but was happy to match the price. A lot of inconsistencies and rudeness that I dont expect from a five star establishment. Great shame.
