we contacted the property email and informed them that we will check in by 12 pm and they agreed by email. on our arrival day they asked us to delay it until 1:30 PM even thu they already agreed on 12 PM before. we arrived but the man who handled the keys showed up at 2:38PM. we had 7 bags in the middle of street. He was not professional at all, didn't explain anything or showed us the apartment ,had no proper respect for the guests and after we paid the money he asked us to leave the key in the apartment door on check out. by night we found out that the balcony is open and had no keys, (we were in the basement flat) so technically anyone from outside can join in. NOT SAFE AT ALL. we contacted the man and he simply asked us to sleep this way and he will bring the key of the balcony tomorrow!! very rude and doesnt make any sense we contacted another man in the property he said it will take 20 minutes to bring the key. we waited for 2 hours no one showed up, everyone stopped answering our phone calls its not our first time in london, we have been in more than 7 properties so far this is the worse, will never repeat it. waste of money, time and safety
