While on the pricier side, the food was definitely worth it. Had the crab starter which was tasty and a good portion size. For main course, ordered the Dover sole which was cooked perfectly but could have been seasoned a bit more. We asked for truffle on our chips and the kitchen were happy to accommodate. For dessert, ordered the chocolate tart which was great, very light. I would definitely return here.

We were seated for Sunday lunch but were then informed that Sunday roast is a special request at the time of booking, since looked and can not find anything advising this on there website, disappointing as we travelled by train from Uxbridge as a family of six just for the meal.

Hi, we was here yesterday which was the bank holiday Monday for what we thought would be a typical harrods service and style restaurant, what a disaster this place is, the service was very very bad and the place was almost empty so god knows what its like if anyone was actually in the place eating, the food was so so small in its size it was embarrassing as in no way would this make us feel like we had any type of lunch, the whole meal could have fitted on a small slice of bread and the bill 348 for 3 of us that's without any starters and only two deserts, I cant see this place lasting at all maybe that why it was empty, its over rated and well over priced and bad staff training, we felt totally rob at the end of the so called meal,

Came here on a Saturday for dinner. The restaurant is on the ground floor near the luggage section. I found it quite difficult being in a restaurant which had no windows or air ventilation and which seemingly had no bathrooms. We got the confit potato with caviar which was nice- well seasoned. We also got the ribeye steak which was cooked well but lacked seasoning- we had to add salt and the peppercorn sauce was not it. The dover sole was the same, quite difficult to eat and again lacked seasoning. French fries and triple cooked chips were nice. We had a discount but the bill still totalled 80-90. It would have been 140 without the discount. Service was good but we werent offered sauces like other tables.
