        lhad a very tasty and nice dinner at Town House here in London. It is such a wonderful restaurant to have a good time with your friends or family. It actually seems to be at home, indeed the place is cozy and very well furnished. I was with my family and we all enjoyed ourselves, the service was impeccable: our waiter Abdoul was attentive, friendly and very polite. The food was great, in particular I ordered scallops as starter and sole as main course and I can say they were delicious. The price was fair for what we ate and for the location, and even if it is a bit more costly than other restaurant, it is really really worth it!

        Booked a dinner for their standard menu and was only informed on the day of my booking that I will be forced into their special menu which didnt have anything we liked.

        Disappointing Afternoon Tea at The Townhouse at Kensington Hotel. Very attractive hotel and nice setting inside for our Afternoon Tea. Food did not live up to expectations. None of our party found the food served as part of the 80 Days Around the World Afternoon Tea delicious or appetising . We enjoy all types of cuisine but this selection was bland and forgettable. Even the scones and jam & cream were uninspiring. For 58 a head it was poor value all round .
