Very bad experience. I had bought a gift card for my sister on her birthday so she can pamper herself with what we thought was a perfect breakfast at Tiffany's experience back in November 2022. The gift card was valid until 31st of March 2023. So she was trying to book ever since and even exchanged several emails with the team but unfortunately couldn't. So I decided to surprise her and visit her from Paris and book for us two an afternoon tea on the last weekend of March. We went there together and the experience was shameful. We arrived ahead of time, gracefully waited for our table to be ready then we were greeted by the manager who placed us at our table. We told him about the 40 voucher we had and how we were planning to use it (which at first was ok with the manager) and were planning to really pamper ourselves (that being said, we were ready to spend 150 each) to enjoy the experience. Suddenly the manager refused to use the voucher, wanted to see the exchange of emails we had with the customer support and humiliate us in front of other customers. I patiently waited 15 minutes before telling my sister that I want to leave because it's no way to treat decent clients. Unfortunately I emailed the customer support who accused us "after further investigation" that we were a no show instead of trying to fix the situation.
