Before, I even booked my massage, the owner was very informative and helpful with all my questions. She even went further to assist me by showing me images of the room via text message before I even had booked. I tend not to leave reviews, however the customer service was immaculate. I went for a couple massage. I had the therapist Anna, she was amazing. Anna was very accommodating to my needs, each part of my body I explained my pressure points. She was very gentle, and kneaded my sore muscles. The atmosphere was minimalists, very clean, subdued lighting and had white noise in the back ground. There was complimentary beverages, after the massage, which enhanced the experience. I will be coming back with my partner again.

Just finished the 60 minute candlelit couples Swedish massage. Would highly recommend this if youve got any aches and pains. The room itself was decorated very nicely, with mood lighting, and lovely scented oil to side in the full relaxation experience. Thanks for an amazing massage

I have been going to N&N Knightsbridge spa for the last couple of years for massages, facials and now for ENDERMOLOGIE LPG treatments. Above all, professionalism comes first, respectful staff and friendliness. Look no further if you want a great spa experience.
