        Yes, I fully agree with the feedback from other customers, that the people working in this shop are surprisingly unprofessional. They just don't seem to care about the customers. I just felt that I was somehow disturbing them when I asked for help.

        Terrible place! Can't belive that Harrods allow this optician to be located in their store. I booked twise for eye checks, on both occasions they could't find my booking. unprofessional incompetent team. They do nothing to solve their misstakes, should sent a confirmation to customers via mobile or email, when book an appointment. Instead you get nothing just a date&time verbally and when you arrive to your appointment it doesn't exist Close that shop down, too bad!

        The staff made me feel a hugely valued customer, from the help choosing frames suited to my face shape to the care and thoroughness of my eye test. I might add the the prescription is the most comfortable ever
