        I fell and broke my prescription glasses. I received excellent service replacing them, and got new ones with frames from Paris and my correct prescription in 30 minutes. Outstanding service and explanations of the procedure. And on a Sunday! Well done!

        Absolutely amazing service, had an appointment early afternoon for an eye test, picked the frame and the glasses were ready for me by 5pm! Shop assistants were brilliant when picking the frame as I had no idea what I wanted. Couldn't be happier, thank you!!

        Have been using Arthur Morrice for my eye tests and glasses since 2017. Excellent service and very high quality lenses (much better than I have had from other premium stores). Have always had excellent service and quick turnaround - would fully recommend the store.

        Absolutely fantastic selection of glasses and such great service. They took time to give us attention and even gave me a glass of champagne! The eye test was very thorough and our glasses were made in 20 minutes while we waited! Thank you so much. We will be back next year for sure!
