Active Mortgage were Active. When I raised a query, which was on numerous occasions, I really appreciated that I received a prompt and detailed response. It was reassuring to know that the team were willing to explain the details in the next processes, the details around the possibilities, the details that needed readjusting. Efficient, responsive, thinking about anticipating the next steps to be ready for adjusting to different scenarios is very important for expectation management and makes me feel that Active were always thinking of the best case scenario for myself. I was very impressed and I have to admit they made me feel proud that I chose them because there were so many choices out there it is important that you know you have made the right choice, because let's face it, getting a mortgage is a very rare experience, so getting it right is really important. Thank you Active you have been very very good and I don't think I could have asked for more.
