I highly recommend Malverns. They helped with renting my flat in London and then with its sale later on. From the beginning they were professional, extremely efficient, fast-acting, approachable and supportive. They went above and beyond their call of duty-particularly Niki! We lived in a flat managed by Malverns for almost 2 years and they're definitely the best agency we've dealt with. Super responsive to emails, fast turnaround of any issues, and they were really supportive when we wanted to make small improvements to the flat. Rare find in London.

Malverns have just found new tenants for my flat in Shepherds Bush. As always, professional, approachable and very hands on, not to mention hard-working. As I cant visit London at the moment, they took care of everything, including installing a new bed for the tenants. It all went like clockwork and I wouldnt use anyone else. Thanks Niki and Ria.
