        Half term congestion at the entrance, didn't make specific entry for enormous crowed from the museum, mother's were struggling to get through the buggy no stewards present

        Don't bother using this station if you're disabled, or a parent travelling alone with a buggy/pram. Absolutely no way to get up and down the stairs accept from the generosity of the public as staff can't or won't help!
