Jo is concientious, attentive to my style and budget, and always makes the effort to show me appropriate and beautiful options (even bringing pieces from other stores in for me without obligation) and making the experience relaxed and enjoyable. The quality and attention to detail are excellent and the prices for the level of quality are reasonable. If I could give Boodles and Jo more than five stars, I would.
