I nearly lost an earring from de Beers as the backing, which should be secure, fell off. The earring was less than a year old and I had only been wearing them for a few months as I was saving them for my wedding. I attended the store to let them know and I was shocked that they charged me 90 for a replacement back when the whole earring could have been lost due to their faulty product. Not impressed with their customer service which had been excellent at the old Bond Street branch.

I had the pleasure of dealing with 'Gracie' at De Beers Harrods on several occasions and I must say I am extremely impressed and satisfied with the service provided by her. She really does go above & beyond in providing a fantastic service, a kind of level of service which I haven't received in any other fine jewellers before. She is extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. Needless to say I highly recommend her services there!
