Tiffany & Co.

We were trying to find our wedding bands in Tiffanys. It was the most unpleasant experience we have ever had at any Tiffanys branch ever. We felt that the salesperson talked over us, did not listen to out concerns and desires and summed up the consultation with you can buy it online. If someone turns up in a shop, the last thing they want to be told it to just purchase it online. I must say, wont be returning to this branch. Other branches have been more helpful and generally pleasant.

Christmas crowds are always a pain at Harrods but I can't fault the staff at Tiffany. We were in there to try on and buy something specific seen online and Pwint was lovely with great communication before hand. We left very happy.

I have had lovely communications and service from Fatemeh. I would definitely recommend a trip to the Tiffany boutique at Harrods to see their beautiful jewellery pieces and to receive wonderful care from Fatemeh.

Came in on a visit from Miami to upgrade my wedding band and had the most wonderful experience with Fatemeh. She was friendly, inquisitive, welcoming, and sincere, making this special moment warm and memorable. Thanks so much, Fatemeh! Youre a real gem.
