Freya Rose shoe designs are beautiful. However, the quality is not as expected especially for the price. I purchased the Martina for my wedding. I only wore them to my dress fittings in which I never walked a distance in and for 10 min a day for a week to practice my first dance and the pearl tiles fell off. They fell before my actual wedding day! I had to wear damaged shoes! I have recently attempted to get them to repair my shoes and make things right. Mind you they claim they do lifetime repairs but that's a lie because they've ignored my email. I also DM them on Instagram which shows they saw the message and they ignored me. Poor customer service and horrible work ethic. Their shoes are not worth the price. Skip out on these for bridal shoes. Not only are they not durable but they are poorly made. Most of the pearl tiles had gaps and were crooked.

I went to the South Kensington shop only to find out that it doesnt exist! Very disappointing, especially for such a premium and expensive brand... you shouldnt be misleading potential customers like this, please update your address and location!
