certainly takes an incredible effort to claim our money back PS: Im an international student and i was saving up for half a year to rent this apartment thats more than 2000 a month just to be in a safer neighborhood and close to my campus. The agency let the owner of the apartment spend our deposit like it is his own money and did not interfere a bit. We had a problematic experience as the agents, owner of the apartment, building staff disregard our privacy and were circulating our photos caught by surveillance trying to prove that we had pets in the home. The branch manager came knocked at our door acting unprofessionally. To a point that we had to contact the authorities to draft a cease and desist. Overall I can not recommend this experience and please always do your own research before you sign anything. PS: i read through other comments and Im not sure why you think other people's comments are related to mine. I hope it is not because of the names as this is to some extent racist. PS: none of your comments addressed the issue of your behavior.

I have had the pleasure of renting a property through Lisa-Jane of the Benham & Reeves Knightsbridge branch for the last 3 years and can only highly recommend her for any transaction. She was honest, responsive, and very professional. She really goes the extra mile to keep all of her customers happy (on both sides of the transaction!) which is a very refreshing approach in the industry.
