Cartier

Without doubt one of the rudest set of staff we have ever met. The brunette lady with her iPad sniggering and jeering at people as they "check in". Then laughing with her pals as the staff stand around whilst the potential clients wait for somebody to serve them. We purchased a high value item, we are wealthy, wealthy people do not always wear evening wear to go shopping. Do not judge a book by the cover. Sack the front of house staff. Appalling. Go to another store... All cartiers are better than this

Theyre unbelievably understaffed for the number of customers coming to the branch, we hade to wait for more than 30 min to get assistance. The person assessed us was unprofessional and looked uninterested in us nor our requests. This wash Harrods branch.

Absolutely terrible service at the Cartier store in Harrods. Waited to be seen for over an hour, majority of staff were unhelpful and the woman who finally served us looked like she had been slapped by a wet fish. She nearly put us off buying. The saving grace was the new trainee shadowing everyone who went out of his way to check availability for us even though others refused. I only gave an extra star because of him. The Cartier in Selfridges is so much better and the staff there are more likeable.

Be prepared to wait for more than 2 hours to be served. I was waiting with my little son for 2 hours in a shop, no one was not bothered . Some people was served without waiting. My son started crying and I have to leave shop. Very disappointed
