Went to Harrods Louis Vuitton yesterday to hand sunglasses in for repair and was served by a very helpful guy called Ben. He made our experience a pleasure and nothing was a drama. Thanks Ben for your help

The staff is unfriendly but Sherri who helped me is WONDERFUL. Answered all my questions patiently. If you do go in, ask for Sherri.

LV shopping is always stellar and the staff at LV Harrods did not disappoint. Stephanie helped my friend buy her first bag and was super helpful in deciding options for the decision making process, thank you Stephanie We left with a gorgeous purchase, samples and smiles all round

Terrible service and incredibly rude staff. Not friendly at all and were extremely unapproachable in-store. Never had an issue with other stores in London. I'm very disappointed since we did end up buying things and weren't just browsing. The cashier's attitude (won't mention names here) was so offputting, felt like he just wanted to be somewhere else. This is no way to treat customers, especially for a brand like LV.
