The wanted us to wait an hour and a half, without knowing whether the item we wanted was in stock! They couldn't even tell us which store had them in stock! Appalling service and systems. Better to buy a similar imitation from an online shop, not Chanel. No waiting and easy to buy and return.

Hi I was having a totally different experiences last week, this lady who helped us was truely amazing. I went with my wife just one day before the price increase trying to get one small classic flap, after queueing for almost 40 minutes on the first floor( womens wear), BTW queueing on the ground floor is impossible as we came 15 minutes past 11 , we were told queueing is already closed .... at the door on the first floor we were told that it was not avaliable, we told them how dissapointed we are, after queueing so long, the lady was very helpful and look for it everywhere, she took us to ground floor , searching everywhere, and finnaly she found the bag, she was very patient and nice, I just would like to say thank you, her name is Alecia, we had a truely wonderful experiences .
