I want to say thanks , I wasnt sure what I wanted for a gift and the guy was patient with me and answered all my questions without getting impatient , I decided to think about it , and he was so understanding, in the end I went back and bought a fountain pen , his name was Albi from memory ,thanks for your service, I would return again, and thanks for answering so many questions

My experience with Mont Blanc Boutique in Harrods has been truly unique. Melvin and Vicky have made the entire purchase process of my new fountain pen an absolute joy. I have been given professional advice, patience and attention that made me come back after the first visit. When I returned with my mind made up and ready to finalise the transaction, I ended up choosing a completely different model (thats a story for another time ;). I took advantage of the Mont Blanc 60 days nib exchange service. I could send my pen to the boutique, but I chose to visit them again instead. Last Sunday, I collected my pen with the EF nib fitted and have been enjoying it since then.
