Excellent service in Balenciaga mens department on the first floor inside Harrods. I was greeted at the front of the shop by a friendly gentleman who asked me if I could wait as the shop was currently full. The wait was only for five minutes as people left the shop. Once I entered, I was greeted again by a young female sales assistant (unfortunately I did not get her name) who assisted me in choosing clothing and footwear. I opted for the speed runners (black uppers and white soles) which I think is the best Balenciaga design due to its simplicity and the way the colours complement each other. I previously had a look at other shoes, but to my avail, my size was not available. The sales assistant was very helpful and helped me order the out of stock items and get them delivered to me. I purchased the speed runner which was perfectly presented in the box. Thank you to the sales assistant who helped me with my purchase.
