THAT WOMAN IS RACIST, RUDE AND AWFUL! Kept referring to Chinese medication as "Medicine from your kind of people". We were respectful and well-mannered when asking for her advise/help but in return, she insulted us and wanted us to get out.

This shop appears to operate without making any sales to customers, indicating alternative sources of income. The prime location further raises suspicion.
Upon discovering other negative reviews, I realised that my experience with this woman was not unique. Despite being a supplement addict and living nearby, I never bought anything in there. Over the years I had only visited two times before, each time leaving feeling humiliated. Today I had hoped to find a supplement not available on Amazon or Revital and went there with an open mind and an intention to buy at least one thing anyway. I wrongly hoped that the woman had sought psychiatric help and changed; she harassed me upon realising that she didn't have the supplement I wanted. Immediately she prohibited me from browsing other items and asked me out.
Meanwhile, another supplement shop nearby "Healf" only lasted a few months. Unlike this shop, "Healf" had a super friendly team passionately building relationships with local customers. It's wrong that places like "Healf" have to close down but this shop stays in business for years.
While its likely that the woman has a mental health condition, her behaviour towards customers is unacceptable and warrants concern.
