Tenant has left thousands of rent in arrears. Property was being managed by this agency. Had to go to court to get a CCJ in order to get some of the money back, which agent couldn't be bothered with. And i paid the 7% 'management' fee for what exactly? can't even do the basics

Marsh and Parsons employees are absolutely amazing when youre looking for a flat but this stops as soon as you move in. I did not have hot water for a month, my microwave was broken for 6 months and the lights in my kitchen didnt work for a year, all because Marsh and Parsons could not reach the owner but they had no problem reaching her to increase the rent by 40%. On the last day of my tenancy, I was then harassed by Wesley Garcia, an associate at Marsh and Parsons, to get the keys back even though I had a written confirmation from the property manager (another Marsh and Parsons employee) that I could return the keys a day late. All in all, the employees are unhelpful and rude.
