Would not use again. Ordered online with 3 day delivery. 6 days later and received nothing. Chased up with Falke who offer no explanation nor apology and took 2 days to respond. Have now attempted delivery outside of our office opening hours and have not left them in the safe postal box. Expensive socks, but not the service to justify. Will stick with Pantharella moving forward.

The socks manufactured by this German company are superb! Their online sales service is very efficient and they also have a superb returns service. I would highly recommend them!

[This is regarding Falke's onlineservice] Ordered several pairs of socks. One developed a hole after wearing in wide shoes for a very short period. Horrible experience with customer service - refused to accept fault or to provide a refund, after stalling for weeks, and very rude on the phone. Wish I had seen reviews online first. Falke items are quite expensive; it is shocking how poor their service is.

Falke socks are indeed among the very best. This entry made me think there would be a small Falke boutique inside Harrods, but turns out it is only a small sample against a wall. Probably best to buy online.
