In summary: Simply Avoid and spare yourselves some wasted time and frustration. I have never before came across such a bunch of unprofessional, self-absorbed and illogical staff working in the shop on Brompton Rd. Very misleading policy of returns when you buy in store. Returns get no refund but vouchers. This was not made clear although checked when I paid and the staff on duty confirmed return/refund. This is also against the buyers protection rights. The con artistry at its best is the claim that all shops do not issue refunds. Shame on you, Jason! The joke is also that their return policy is not made explicit even when one asks before the purchase. They had framed a copy of a what so called policy and displayed on the wall for their own eyes. No customer is able to see it/read it. An absolute scam. If you bought online, returns get a full refund with extended return period. Numerous reviews (in here and on Trust Pilot) with similar experiences can only confirm that the problem is with Divertimenti and not with the customers.
