I was so impressed by the service I received approximately six weeks ago. I bought the most expensive pairs of shoes possible as they were of the highest quality. The correct shoe size felt incredibly tight, to the extent that I thought I should buy half size larger. Ricky, one of two highly experienced professionals, guided me back to by the true size which felt uncomfortably tight. He patiently explained that, in addition to a number of logical of reasons, the shoes would stretch due to the quality of leather and that the soles would compress. He informed me with 100% conviction, having carefully measured my feet and assessing the fit, that they would fit perfectly after a couple of weeks of discomfort/effort. This advice was proven precisely correct and the very expensive shoes are now perfectly moulded to my feet and becoming old friends already! Additionally going forwards, as advised, they will not overstretch and give me blisters in due course. He has my custom forever and deserves a pay rise Thank you Ricky! Yours sincerely Edward T

I'd like to thank your services, and particularly Fatima, for my last purchase. I've had such an excellent experience that makes me feel very happy, and thankful. This particular experience is a purchase online, and over the phone, for a special order, and I've been particularly well advised and informed by Fatima. Her advice has been very helpful and comprehensive; then the purchase has been very professionally managed; and finally, the shipping has been highly fast. I placed the order on Wednesday 25th of May, and today Monday 30th, I received these beautiful and expected Shannon shoes! I'm now looking forward (with some impatience) next fall season to be able to wear them. I definitely recommand this shop, even if I did not enter it, but the service is excellent!
