Comment on your reply ****The flat wont be rented while the director and all the letting team are aware about my viewing at 6 pm .Furthermore , I was advised on that day that the landlord is happy with my offer and happy that I see the flat at 6 pm . Coming 3 hours back to me after all these confirmations to say that the flat was let is very unprofessional. This dodgy incident would never ever happen from any letting agency unless if it lacks the basic professionalism , reliability and courtesy ! Review from NHS consultant doctor about this agency .Lack of professionalism, unreliable and time wasters. I have been dealing with many agencies over the last 15 years , to let my property, to let a property but by far this is the worst agency . Unreliable , unprofessional and time waster . As I am always busy with my work ,I called them and put an offer for 3 years and wanted to book viewing on the day . Someone named ALEXANDRA CARBERRY in the Letting team is extremely unprofessional and a real time waster !! . She was supposed to get back to me to confirm the viewing but she left me all day waiting and ruined my plans. I have been in touch the agency director on the following day , who was helpful and booked the viewing for me ,I had to change my plans to do the viewing later on the day BUT she came back few hours later to cancel the viewing and giving a very poor excuse that the flat is no longer available !!!so again she wasted my time and ruined my plans . Very unprofessional with zero decency !! Unfortunately such kind of persons give a very poor image about the agency .I saw another flat later in the evening with another agency , which is very good and professional , and I put an offer . I would give 0/5 for my experience with Chestertons and I would not recommend them at all.

By far the WORST property management you can find in London, with critical problems (safety, humidity, heating and hot water) remaining unsolved for over a year. STAY AWAY from Chestertons and go for another agency before you regret it.

We have used Lauren from Chestertons for sourcing our rental properties & each time she is super efficient & really goes above & beyond to understand exactly what youre searching for to find that perfect property. I couldn't ask for a better experience from start to finish, out if hours communication & working overtime to assist. Highly recommend

I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience I had working with Lauren Christy at Chestertons. She wasn't referred to me I simply stumbled upon her at a viewing organised online and she helped me find the apartment of my dreams! I can now also say having moved in Justine Waterman has been excellent with her management of the property. Sorted out requests efficiently and diligently and communicated professionally. All the maintenance work I provided requests for were acknowledged with sensitivity and someone was sent asap to provide a resolution.
