Dragons of Walton Street

Unbelievably appalling experience. After having spent 20k+ with this company since my son was born three years ago, I recently paid 5k for a new bed - over five months ago. I was given the wrong bank account details on the invoice to make the transfer - money missing for a month (they admitted this was their fault). I was given three different lead times, the worst case scenario of which passed two months ago. I have been calling and calling the showroom (straight to voicemail each time), sending email after email with multiple people from multiple departments in copy - for weeks now. If I hadnt ordered from them before I would think that I have been scammed and the company doesnt even exist. Shocking customer service from this supposedly upmarket store - and towards a loyal client to boot. Absolutely appalling experience. And BTW, I see a five star review from someone called Dmitry Grishin here - hes an employee at Dragons who I have been in touch with (back when they were actually replying to me). I wonder how many other positive reviews are also fake and made by Dragons employees.

Tried numerous of times to contact wanted a price on bed no response to messenges not even bothered to reply to an email or whatsapp. Poor communication and customer service cant imagine what they would be like after purchasing wont be bothering with them again
