        Jiamiao and all of your team were incredibly helpful and provided excellent advice. The service was superior to any other brands that I have met. Jiaomiao in particular was highly impressive. The customer service team were also very helpful. The furniture has now been delivered and assembled and I am very happy with it

        I went to Boconcept Harolds because I needed help with some alternations to an order which I had submitted in another London branch. But staff were super helpful and attentive. Abio in specific helped me through all details I needed and patiently investigated all of the detail that could help me make a decision. Its all on top of the high quality products that totally speak for themselves.

        I have had the worst sales and service experience with Bo Concept in Harrods.. After placing the orders in July, the work has still not been fully completed, of the furniture delivered to my flat this to after several email and WhatsApp reminders. Im done with Bo Concept
