We placed an order for kitchen units at a property in London, UK. Since then, it's been nothing but a headache, going back and forth with the constantly delaying, lost files, and having to explain things all over again. Furthermore, we had to fight to get a product we ordered and paid for, such as the Quooker tap, Franke sinks, and Gaggenau Ovens. Our installation was delayed for months without any explanation.
The delivered drawers came with chips, which we had to request external magic men to fix. Over time, the drawers began flaking without any impact on the surface. We found out the drawers had different finishes than the rest of the units. The company surveyor confirmed to the manager that the units were faulty. Still, Molteni dada has refused responsibility for delivering the defective products, has yet to offer any support during this process, has not supplied us with the necessary documentation, and has left us stranded for answers, responses and solutions. Instead, ask us to pay for the replacement part. We will never use them again, and we do not recommend using their services as all they will do giving you terrible service.
