        Outstanding service! I went in for a made to measure appointment and all of the staff were so friendly and welcoming! The best experience I have ever had in a lingerie shop! Thank you Stephanie for making me feel so at ease and well looked after, I can't wait for my custom made Basque :)

        Was seen and looked after by Tatyana at the Knightsbridge shop who knew her stuff and was very knowledgeable. She took the time to go through different sizes and know what I was after. Would recommend and will certainly make this an annual treat - thank you

        I visited this Lingerie shop about 3 weeks ago, my appointment was with Natalie and she was excellent in advising me what size and style to purchase. She was respectful, professional, friendly and helpful. I am very happy with my new bras. They are expensive but the comfort and fit makes it all worth while. Thank you Natalie.
