They have an amazing selection and being able to try before yuo buy is such a good idea.
The bit I wanted to try has the same mouthpiece as one I currently have but different cheeks so it is dressage legal. I tried it on hire but got the wrong size, and although is was a bit small I could still ride in it without harm and be sure it would work but wanted the correct size if I was buying. When I was wanting to return it I realised that all the paperwork and packaging had been disposed of so I simply emailed and they took me through the whole process of what to do and were so patient and understanding.
