TODS London Sloane St. Store

I purchased two pair of shoes on the same day a month ago, trainers and sandals. I am a regular customer, so is my fiance. I wore the sandals only once, which cost 650.After i took them off i noticed that one shoe broke (rafia and leather and they ripped). I returned them back 2 weeks ago and I still haven't heard anything from them!!! I called a week ago and they said that Anna will call me the next day but she didn't. I have asked for a refund on the day i took them back but they said is not in their policy to give refund even if this is a defective product. AVOID BUYING from these boutiques. Better buy from Harrods. They always give a refund if the product is defective. Now we have to start a claim to get our money back. Update: I am now given store credit that lasts for 2 years. Which is far from ideal for a defective product. Please don't call me again from Tods on a Sunday afternoon to complain about my review as this is was my experience and I cannot change facts.

Horrid customer service. Or rather non existent. Close the shop, fire everyone as they are useless. We bought shoes, staff promised they would be delivered, and they were not. We had to leave for airport and no promised, paid for shoes.

Traded my heels in for a pair of Tod's walkers and walked all over London. Like the look of these too.

Anna assisted my 86 year old mother at Tods (on Sloane Street) yesterday and she could not have been more helpful, considerate or knowledgeable. Thank you, Tods for your excellent staff and merchandise, and thank you, Anna!
